Please note, our order cutoff time is 4pm IST Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 4pm IST will be dispatched the next working day.

When ordering from the Silkrose site your item will arrive wrapped in one of our signature luxurious and eco-friendly boxes. These boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected. However if you wish to receive your product in our recyclable paper mailors you can choose to do so at checkout or you can email us for the same until the order is dispatched.
