We hope you will love your Silkrose order, but if for any reason you would like to return your item/s they can be returned for exchange or refund provided that the guidelines outlined below are observed. Please note, this policy does not include items on sale, customised made to orders, intimate items i.e. lingeries, chemises and personalised or monogrammed items. 


  1. Please contact us to authorise your return within 7 days of receipt of goods. Contact us by email on please quote your order number and reason for return.
  2. Goods should be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place, folded and placed in the original drawstring bag and inside the original unmarked gift box.
  3. Please note the cost for all return orders is ₹1500 to facilitate our shipping and pickup costs, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.  
In case you are not satisfied with your Silkrose product, you can return your order by emailing us. Regretfully we are not able to offer free shipping for international returns at this point. You will have to bear the cost of the return shipping.


Subject to stock availability, we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of shipment. In cases where we are unable to provide an exchange, we will offer a line of credit. The new item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received by us and checked thoroughly for approval.


If you wish to receive a refund for returned items, eligible items need to be returned and reach us within 10 days of being received by you. Please note that refunds can only be made to the card originally used to pay for the order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. 


Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. Silkrose makes every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before it is dispatched. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, if our wash instructions are not followed, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that are damaged during washing. If a replacement is in stock and available, we will replace the faulty item. If you want a replacement, please let us know when you contact us about the problem.

If we are unable to provide you with a replacement, you will be given the option of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card for the amount of the item at the time of purchase plus any shipping costs incurred at the time of sale. Please keep in mind that refunds can take up to 30 days to process and are subject to regulations.
