We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas.

Please note, our order cutoff time is 4pm IST Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 4pm IST will be dispatched the next working day.

 

PLEASE NOTE

All made to order pieces will be dispatched after 5-9 working days, and the shipping time will be additional on the basis of your location. While we always try to deliver orders within the given time period, however, please note, additional time for dispatch maybe required in the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our production control. 

All bespoke orders will be dispatched after 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated during the placement of your bespoke order.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for possible payment authorization delays.

Estimated delivery times are only to be used as a guide and begin on the date of dispatch.

Our pieces are thoughtfully made in limited quantities. During periods of higher demand, the production timeline is approximately 5–9 working days, though this may vary occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping timelines shared are intended as a guide. While we always strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible, slight delays may occur at times, especially during peak periods.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.

When ordering from the Silkrose site your item will arrive wrapped in one of our signature luxurious and eco-friendly boxes. These boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected. However if you wish to receive your product in our recyclable paper mailors you can choose to do so at checkout or you can email us for the same until the order is dispatched.
